Qatar Team's Jay Price won his first race of the season cruising to a 9.78 second victory and powered his way into first place of the World Drivers Championship at the halfway mark of the 2010 UIM F1 H2O World Championship at the 15th Grand Prix of China. for powerboating in front of tens of thousands along the Liu River in this Southern China city on Sunday afternoon.

Team Abu Dhabi had both of its drivers star in qualifying with Ahmed Al Hameli capturing his first pole position of the year and fifth of his career with a 46.29 second lap for 176.54 kilometers per hour around the six-turn two kilometer course in front of tens of thousands of fans along the Liu River.

Khadem Rashid Kh. Al Muhairi helming Dahees was crowned king of the season’s first Traditional Dhow Sailing Championship race yesterday. Barraq, skippered by Rashid Mohd. Rashid Al Rumaiithi took second place and Ghazi helmed by Ahmed Saeed S. Al Rumaithi was third.
